out of two hens (i’m 100% sure the rest are drakes) i get 2-3 eggs a day. that can’t be healthy for them

Each female is capable of laying one egg a day not 2.
It is a normal laying cycle. There is nothing wrong or unhealthy about them having a normal laying cycle.

They can lay two eggs a day! It’s rare but I have had 1 or 2 do that!!!
