How to make my duck more quiet?

Currently I have one duck with a couple other chickens. Whenever I open the door she just goes crazy and starts quacking SUPER loud. Do you think getting her a buddy would help?

She’s just excited bc you = food. It’s normal. She should be fine with her chicken friends.

I would get at least one more female duck. Ducks need to be with other ducks.

Mine are very loud and will quack if they see people. Another duck probably won't stop it but she does need a friend.

Yeah I agree with more ducks. Mine don’t like to hang out with the chickens, just each other. Also my ducks are more impatient in the mornings on the winter because they are cooped up longer so they quack at me to let them out louder
