How to make wet mash?

I wanna make my chickens warm mash this winter. How much water do you put. Just say that I use a solo cup of flock raiser, a cup of layer mash and a cup of corn. And I'll add more stuff when it gets colder. How much water would I add to this mixture? And then later on how do you know how much to add.

Hi. I would make it the same as you make your oatmeal for breakfast. Just add all the dry product first, then, introduce your warm water stirring in a little at a time.
