How to make your chickens (and roosters) not scared from you?

Treats, treats, and more treats. If you become the source of yummy foods they will get over themselves fairly quickly. Leftovers from dinner, scratch, sunflower seeds, most anything works for a treat. After a while you will figure out what they go bonkers for and what they don't care about. Mine ignore strawberries(go figure ) but go crazy for lettuce, spinach leaves and bread.

That's true but at the same time try to limit treats, especially the less nutritious ones like bread.
Mealworms are a good food and they go nuts for them too. You can start chicks on those fairly early. The more you handle them when they're young the better.
For roosters, they attack predators and other roosters. Predators move fast and other roosters don't bring treats.
Move slowly around roosters and you won't have many problems.

Treats and Feed. Chickens love to bed fed but don't over feed them. I know with my chickens when I come in with a bucket of grass they go insane, and then with bread every once in a while they go nuts too!
