How to measure Tetracycline

The bag says it weighs 10 G. It says to add 300 mg per gallon. How do I measure this out? where do I buy a instrument to measure this?

i have a kitchen scale and when i had the same issue we weighed it out...

it works to the tip of a teaspoon so about 1/8th to 1metric liter of water..

it should be a slight yellow colour and as it ages the yellow will become darker and must be thrown out after 24
