how to mix chicks of different ages

Hi,
We have 3 four week old chicks and 4 2 week old chicks.
I want to put them together in one coop, but one of the older chicks keeps pecking on the babies and is aggressive to them. I don't want to wait too long to integrate them. What is the best way to do this?

I would wait till the little ones are a little bigger and can defend themselves. Integration is so hard sometimes. I hope you found a solution. I know I’m not much help.
