How to mix my own chicken food

I am trying to mix my own layer feed based of crushed barley. What should I be using ?

Barley has anti nutrients. Crushing it won't change that. I have barley, but whole, and I presoak it before feeding it.

You will need a chart showing you what nutrients are in each food. I am sure someone will post one.

Most of the time making your own feed is going to be more expensive than buying a quality commercial feed and it's easy to get wrong as there are very many bad recipes online idk if @U_Stormcrow is back yet but they can point you in the right direction if you are determined to try it anyways. If they aren't back yet, @Altairsky also has a good recipe. Joel salatin also has a good feeding system on his website although I am pretty sure it works best with the whole system and you can't just use the recipe
