Here is a link to Necropsies in the huge, very pricey Diseases of Poultry textbook. You can search here for references in this book, though not all are shown. There are fabulous pictures of diseased livers, etc, that will give you clues to what is wrong with your bird if you decide to do one.

Thanks for posting this, Cyn. Now that she has died, I am trying to dissect out Paris' reproductive tract. I need to know what killed her.
