How to post a breed review for S&G Heritage White

Greetings! I posted a thread in Meat Birds, etc. on my experience raising a few S&G Heritage White birds. However, I do not see this breed represented in the chicken breeds list, and think it should be. I am a computer user of limited skill, and my searching efforts on BYC did not return much information on this breed. I would like to post what I have learned as a resource for others. How do I post a review on a breed that is currently unlisted on BYC? Thanks!

The S & G company that sells this particular cross bred White Rock mix as a meat bird and labels them as "heritage". Kinda of odd nomenclature. Nonetheless, this is not a breed at all. It is merely a particular blend, mix, hybrid.

That said, there are other reviews of strains and hybrid mixes that also are not breeds either.

I agree, the nomenclature is weird and their marketing does not at all reflect my experience with the birds. So can you tell me how to start a review of this chicken?
