Ha-Ha, no you're not! I follow all the directions but when I try to add a photo to a new message or reply - off everything goes into cyberspace. Must be a special way from a cellphone I haven't yet figured out.

I discovered I could not do it from the mobile app on a cell. I absolutely needed to be in desktop on a computer for posting avatar. Although it may have been a problem with apple and not others is unknown. Good luck

Above where you type, there are some options. Scroll over them, and one says, 'Insert Picture.' Click that, and then hit 'Upload Files.' There you go!
