How to post to the re-homing site specific to San Fernando Valley, CA

New to site. Need to re-home a rooster. Can someone offer up a "cookie-trail" of steps I would follow specific to the San Fernando Valley area?

Hoped to not have to do this but the 7 yr old can no longer enter. Unfortunately he was result of 2+% error rate in chick sexing. He is beautiful ,)
