In my experience deep shade and free choice to water was enough at those temps. They were outside in a half-covered tractor with the door open to pasture. No fan, no ice, no extras...and no deaths. In fact I have never had a Cornish die past 5 days old. They pant a lot, but in my experience can handle 95 degree weather pretty well. As a few others have mentioned, electrolytes help. I choose to regularly put broiler booster (McMurrays) in their water from birth. I greatly believe much of my birds vigor and strength comes from this vitamin mix.
