I got my first meat chicken for free from tractor supply and boy is he huge already! I've skinned and field dressed squirrels and deer so I have some experience with that but I imagine a chicken to be pretty different. He's about 7.5 weeks right now and I don't even know when to butcher him. He's just an all white meat bird.
