How to properly release ducks?

Thanks. Is the reason simply just because mom wasn’t there to teach them? I’ve heard stories where releasing them worked. I had no idea what to expect

That's pretty much why

They become reliant on you feeding them and guiding them, Your space is their home now

You have a very nice backyard, 6 Muscovy's and a proper coop would take up some room but that's always an option if you are willing to have pet ducks, and if your neighbors doesnt mind the livestock
