How to put chicks back with other chicks

Two of my silkies either started bleeding out if there butt or the other chickens started randomly pecking there rear, I had to separate them for the night what can I do to get the blood off and make the others stop pecking so I can put them together again?

I imaging it will stop fairly quickly
Maybe a coloured antiseptic will stop them
Or some Vaseline

I don't think you can risk putting them back
Until its stopped though, it's not like you can put a plaster on it,
They can do so much damage so quickly its not worth rushing
I did read that you should keep the chicks you remove in sight of the other chicks
So they don't bully them when they return
