You could also just get a bag of Purina Flockraiser - its 20% protein. If they don't eat the whole bag just feed the rest to your other chickens mixed in with what they normally get.

Thanks for all the replies. If this works (us processing them!) and we do it again I will put the boys on something beefier much sooner! I have them confined and on flockraiser/BOSS .
