How to raise my humidity

I just made a home made incubator, one from the diy incubator page on byc. I have a regular thermometer and a humidity thermometer/temp thermometer... I had 1 bowl of water and my humidity was low 60%, so now I added a second bowl of water and now the humidity ranges 70%-72% with a consistent temp of 97 degrees. I am testing it out to hatch duck eggs, but how do i get more humidity? I think I need it 86% but I have no room at the bottom for another bowl of water...... What now?

I use wet rags - similar to the sponge concept.

I think I have been doing this wrong... if the wet bulb temp is 86 how would i figure out the ______% of humidity? I'm not using a wet bulb
