How to repel snakes out of home crawlspace

You can get things which go in the ground and send out small vibrations or something and it puts snakes off from coming in the area around your house. I have friends in Australia who use them and they've never had snakes in their back yard ever.

I am curious to know what do you usually do if the moisture increases inside the crawlspace. I am asking it because the situation in my crawlspace is getting worse. As far as I know, the maximum point of the sea level in Massachusetts is nearly 1000 metres. I am sure it can easily affect the level of humidity in my crawlspace. The air inside it becomes more and more moist. I don't know why is it so. Maybe, I need to change the surface of the walls? I did cover it with a concrete slab, but many years have passed. I guess I need to cover it with something more reliable. Do you think I should leave the slab or just remove it? What about https://crawlspaceremedy.com/crawl-space-cleaning-repair-in-everett/ this site, can I find something useful for me here?

Have you tried more ventilation?

Ditto on the ventilation. Most crawl spaces will have quite a few 8" x 16 screen covered vents that allow the air to circulate to keep moisture down. If not, that needs fixed. Or put in a six inch diameter duct and a duct fan to pull the air out of the crawlspace. You will need "make up air" or the fan will suck heated or cooled air out of your home. Make sure any vent holes are high up enough to avoid minor floods that might happen. If you are new to the neighborhood ask neighbors if there have ever been any minor floods like ankle high during a heavy rain.
