Electric Fence together with water sounds like »Ol' smokey« - don't get me wrong, i like fried chicken, but my duckies... nah!

I've run a few electric across water obstacles both moving and static. The energy in an electric fence is constant, wether on land or water. If there's not enough energy to kill when standing on the ground the effect will be no different in water.
