I am going to a wedding in approx and was wondering if and what are the best ways I can keep my coop do open during night time for three nights. Please tell me if it is safe to do so, give me advice.

R u meaning u are wanting to let the coop door open so they could go in to there run or what are u saying I'm not understanding

Ok well u could put in some hatdware cloth around the run on the ground and just stake it in or u could bend it or something to keep stuff from digging under and in and if the top is open I would stick a cheap role of garden netting over the top to keep out air predators and do u know what predators u have in your area

Well I definitely cant let them free rage so I tried to secure there run as much as possible. But the predators are not so much of what I am worried about, we only have black bears, coyotes, raccoons, weasels, mountain lions. That's it. Ha ha ha

Nothin' much other than good hotwire will keep a bear out.
Anyone checking on their food and water daily while you are gone?

I don't have any one yet but I have an automatic feeder and a one gallon water.
