how to select blue ameraucana chicks as day olds?

the research is a good thing, IMHO, and i'm surprised at how one wouldn't do it. even when i first began my flock, i had been researching here for about 3 months! it is always exciting to discover new breeds that are available near you. the blue ameraucanas and the blue orpingtons are both new to me, and i'm excite to watch them and see them develop.
