how to sell bob whites

i was wondering how everyone sells there there birds if you can sell them as chicks or mature birds.can you sell them on craigslist or is it not allowed?thanks jim

you can sell them on craigslist but your suppose to have a permit. mature birds go easier and for more money. but i do have some people request chicks
