How to sell meat!?!??

I have been interested in selling meat to people. This would include poultry, pork and beef. I have tried to look everything up online and haven't got very clear results. Could you guys clearly state what process you went through to get your license to sell meat to people? And btw I live in Missouri if you needed to know.
