I would like to see both of these side way and front view showing where legs are sitting under them. and then you tell me what you think by the suggestions i gave you yesterday about body shape and leg position. Look at the drakes leg shape too compared to the other 2 drakes have tree trunks ducks have more slender shaped legs.
When another drake comes around some of the ducks that belong to another drake they get all upset raise the feathers on their heads and trill loudly. I don't know what to make of your drake not being interested in the girls, in this pic it does look like their legs are set close together under them, and you should see eggs soon. What part of USA or world are you in,? my Muscovy's years ago didn't even start mating till march and started laying in late march, now my last 3 yrs and younger groups start mating in Jan and start laying In Feb. Not all of the girls will lay this early but some of them do. Now we are back to none laying.I looked at there legs ill get some pictyres tomorrow they walked like they are going to trip over my worry is when the mallard comes near they go crazy is this duck or drake behaviour as to be fair the actual drake doesnt bother about other ducks
