I was not sure where to post this question, but how would I go about shipping two almost 8 week old ducks? The weather is supposed to stay in the 40s or 50s this week so I would like to ship them this week while the weather is warm. I have never shipped live animals, so will the ducks stay safe during shipping? What should I use to put them in? Also, how much will it cost to ship live animals from NY to TN?
Thanks

I wonder if you can ask someone at Holderreads - it may be on their web site.

At the same time, I just want to mention that some folks don't think it's the best idea. I will leave it to you.

Can you find someone who is planning a trip south to help you out?

You have to shop in a box with biofilters. Most use Horizon boxes. Most ship through the post office.. .call ahead to find when the box would leave and deliver close to departure time. Have to be shipped express mail. Will cost about 50 dollars.
