How to stop email

I have searched through this and I can't find how to stop email notifications. Tons of--"hey my email has stopped-help me put it back on" But I want to know how to stop getting email notifications. Can someone point me in right direction please!!

It did not stop the emails. So how can I stop getting emails? I want to get replys but not the emails saying I have the replys.

You should have the settings under "Subscription Email Setting:"

You are set to not receive any emails. You can customize this however you want, and also change your subscription settings to individual items.
