How to tell a girl from a boy????

I am new to turkeys and I have one poult? I won some eggs at a chicken swap and only one egg out of five hatched. A serama hen hatched it for me. It has a RIR buddy, and they are on game bird starter feed. So far everything seems to be going fine, but how do you tell a male from a female? How old do they have to be before you can tell? It is a Royal palm, I think.

Royal Palms take awhile to tell gender, some you can tell by feather color and feather edging. Can you post some pics and we can toss around some ideas.

Basicly a tom will have thicker legs, be bigger overall than a hen and have a larger snood (the bump above the beak). once they start getting the adult feathers in the tom will have little or none on the head and back of the neck.
