how to tell between Brahma and Cochin chicks?

So, In all my infinite wisdom I ordered cochins and Brahma chick's and thought I'd sell off the extras of each breed... oh yeah, except they all look identical.

Some of them are slightly smaller, are those the cochins?

Theyre mixed colors- hatchery choice, so its a no go on using that to tell. lol.

Brahmas have pea combs, cochins have single combs

Give 'em two, three weeks, the difference will be noticable by then. The cochins should have feathery-er feet (really feathery) and look more like rounded puff balls, while the brahmas' feathers will smooth out more into regular looking feathers. At that point, they'll just look like chicks with feathers on their shanks and feet. The cochins' feet will be much more obvious, like fuzzy bedroom slippers.

Actually, most hatchery cochins aren't very fluffy at all. Mine resembles a partridge rock with feathered feet

That, plus the brahmas should have feathering on the outside of their legs only, while the cochins should have feathering completely around their legs.
