how to tell between dutch bantam and golden phoenix at roughly 8 weeks

We have a bird we got at the feed store and it was super-tiny compared to others of it's age. It is still similar size to our other bantams born at the same time, but it has a longer body in comparison. I posted here with photos of it as a baby and was told it was a phoenix chicken. I still think that's probably the case, but the feed store lady said she thinks that's unlikely. Could it be a dutch bantam? I am so confused since the hens look identical to me in on-line photos. Our bird looks like both breeds in all the photos on-line!! She has dark gray legs, and her ear lobe color is hard for me to tell. Sort of redish/brownish with a whitish/bluish center.
