I have 20 Ameracaunas that are approx 10 weeks old. I am trying to fgure out how to tell the Cockerells from the pullets. Does anyone have any tips on that. They all look the same to me, only diff in some is there is more red on the top. Are there any other indicators short of waiting for them to crow.
They are all blue/splash and blacks Thanks for any tips

At 10 weeks it's super easy. The boys will have bigger, redder combs that look like 3 rows of peas. The girls will have smaller pinkish combs. Also they will carry themselves differently etc. Post pictures and we'll tell you which are which.
