how to tell EE pullet and cockrel apart

i just bought 2 EE's from someone off craigslist. how can i tell if they are a pullet or cockrel, they arent too old, were born july 25th. one has a definite puffier head than the other.

no they were from a bunch, lady had pullets seperated and some cockrels got mixed in. neither of them have any signs of a comb at all really, just a slight pink line, and are growing tails.

My guess is pullets. But ya know, we always love pictures!
