How to tell if moulting or hen pecked?

Hi there - this chicken got attacked by a dog a few weeks ago and has visibly made a full recovery. Did have some neuro damage that was like a mild stroke that took a couple weeks to visibly get past.

Now this (see pics).

Am wondering if other birds bullying her or if is normal moulting?

She's covered in pin feathers. She's molting.

She is molting. Poor girl, it hasn’t been a good autumn for her.

Then when the feathers start popping out, the sheath turns into GOBS of huge white dandruff looking stuff. I have a BA going through this. Looks like she got snowed on. Sending positive waves for your girl!
