How to tell if your Chicken is a Hen or a Rooster. Answers HERE!!

Lily's nubs are larger, Cervelli has NO nubs. Pretty sure Cervelli is an Australorp. Not sure what the other two are.

They all look like roosters to me!

Could be a hen, but too young to be sure looks more like a rooster by the legs.
Looks like a hen right now, but I am starting to see some long hackle feathers on the neck.

Probably the nubs on the rooster would be a little bigger. And the hens smaller. Not sure lol, I will have to go look at some of my 4 month olds to know for sure

Could you help me determine if this one is a cockerel or pullet? I think we heard "her" make a crowing sound a few times, but I really can't tell by looking at the feathers and nubs on her feet. It's a speckled Sussex...about 12 weeks old. Thank you in advance!

Looks like a rooster. There are long hackle feathers growing on his neck(In the first pic). His legs are also long and big looking.
