i have recently been getting large eggs that i thought were the african eggs then one day their was another egg that was a bout 1/3 larger than the eggs i was preveiously getting. is the larger egg the african and the smaller egg the sebastopol egg?

Without seperating the breeds away from each other you won't know who is laying what. You also are sure to have pure breds as they will cross breed.

I raise both breeds also and it really hard to tell the eggs apart. I keep the breeds in different pens in the spring

The only way to know for sure is to pen your different breeds separately. The exact same goose can lay eggs of different sizes.

As stated, you will not get purebred eggs unless the breeds are separated full time.
