How To Treat Intestinal Blockage?

Right before my girls started laying I noticed they ate significantly less than they had been. The food bowl was always empty in the morning but for several days before we got our first egg it was over half full. Once the first two eggs came the bowl was always emptied over night again.

I'm not sure that is what is going on for you but we can hope!!

I sure hope that's it! :)

They are slowly eating more each time I feed them :). I'm definitely thinking it was the dried grass causing the problem, because they stopped eating/pooping when I introduced the grass, then started getting better once I took it away.

The runner is still doing that squeezing thing, but I think RavynFallen is right that it might be related to her about to lay. I sure hope so- it feels like I've been waiting forever to get an egg

Good news!

Could you review again the calcium she is getting? Some ducks seem to need more.

Just an update: they are eating like mad again and have started laying!:D I got one egg yesterday and another today. Judging by the small egg size, I think my runner, the one that was doing the squeezing thing, laid them.
