How do his eyes and nostrils look? Are there any secretions or swollen eye? Comb tips and the backs of them can look dark at times with temperature changes and excitement. If the whole comb looks dark, that is due to a lack of oxygen or heart failure. How often is he sneezing? Could he be dehydrated? I would encourage fluids, and perhaps wet a small amount of his chicken feed.

How often have you heard the sneezing? Is it every few minutes all day long, or just occasionally, such as when he is eating? Are you keeping him inside a coop outside? How is the ventilation? Chickens may sneeze due to something irritating the nostrils. Sometimes a virus may cause sneezing and congestion that can last for weeks.
