My chicken has Vent Gleet! I have research for hours and all the web sights tell me different things. So what should I do! I will clean her bottom and give her a warm bath but what next? Please tell me. Her is her bottom and how bad the Vent Gleet is.

Give her a good clean up as instructed in your other THREAD. Then post an updated photo of her vent.

After you clean her up and you see that she does have vent gleet, then apply an anti-fungal cream to the vent.
Here's some reading for you

Im starting to have doubts that it's Vent Gleet. Im pretty sure the black is poo because it is quite crusty I honestly don't know and Im quite worried

It looks like FlyStrike to me.
Did you find any maggots when you cleaned her up??

You will need to take a look and see how far that goes - is the wound open into her body cavity?
It looks like the outer portion has dried up a bit, but there could still be maggots inside.

Yes well I think so my friend who was helping me saw some white moving things I thought they where eggs....... but I guess not. I will clean her and try to drown the maggots. Do you think the black stuff it poo or another illness?

Also I will try to peel of the black on her vent but I don't want to hurt her. Do you think it will attract flies or will she (the chicken) clean it up herself.

The black is necrotic (dead) tissue.
If you saw white things moving, then there are maggots. You will need to get rid of those, they are eating her.
