How to ween ducks from BED?

They have fresh food and water at all times and regular bath time in the tub (for some reason, my hen likes to stick her head down the drain as the water is let out). They're about three weeks old and have been introduced to treats and grit, but not too much. As I said, they are spoiled but well cared for I've made them diapers but I don't like the idea of leaving them on for eight hours given their wicked baby metabolisms. I've put a sheet that they always slept on in where they'll be, so hopefully the familiarity of it will comfort them. I'm also wondering which stuffed animal would be best, or would anything fluffy suffice?

The stinkier the better on the tshirt has worked well for my dogs... I would work out or do activities I sweat a lot to help calm my dogs when they were puppies. Those shirts were ripe!
