Thanks for asking. After a small string of bad luck, the harmonic balancer fell apart while the truck was getting a final check at the shop. That's some pretty good timing as it could have happened two miles after leaving the shop.

- Have an ongoing issue with the landlord who won't repair anything and wants a 50% increase in rent, looking for a new place can be daunting.

I get that
