I have 2 black stars and 4 br's ( at least i hope br's and not sexlink males) they are 13 weeks old. I have no idea when they will begin laying... are there signs to look for? Not sure when to give them layer feed either..

They should start laying sometime around 5 months of age. You will start to see their combs redden, they may do the mating squat for you. Don't start in on the layer feed till about 5 months or when they actually start to lay. Same with the oyster shell. Wait till the are actually laying eggs to offer that. [IMG]
