She maybe molting. Hens do not lay during the molt.
One thing I find beneficial to chickens while molting is a little dry cat food. Feathers are protein and cat food is 30% protien. It speeds up the process and makes for better "quality" feathers.
I have 30 hens and when they start molting I give like 3 handfulls in the morning. They seem to really like it.
