How would one get a Ga Noi chicken?

Seems everything I respond to as "now that's a chicken!" or "that's what a rooster should look like!" or "cool" is hard to find or if I do "what's in your wallet" is the next thought... LOL.

Actually I need to learn about breed first, then figure out if keeping them is a now possability or better for future, probably they are being bred in my area, just no clue how to find the people with them...

Sorry Shannon, that's not a GaNoi. Probably that is a naked neck breed called Turken or Madagascar chicken. Western folks sometimes confused between these breeds due to their naked neck nature. But Asian/Oriental folks are well clear of what a GaNoi is
