All of the people who are unhappy with this guy need to get together and go to the fair board and fair manager and complain. A lot of times, if there are more people complaining, the more weight it carries. What a jerk! I don't know what's happened to 4-H.

I would file a report with the fair,4-h,and wherever else I could.Let them know the actions and behavior on this man.Put them all on notice that these letters can and will be use in future legal action WHEN(NOT IF) this man harms people(likely children) and animals in the future. People don't like it when you point out that they can be held liable for the stupidity of others by doing nothing. If you do not write anyone about this then they can claim they knew nothing about how he is acting,or what he was doing.

He reminds me of an abusive spouse.The abuser may only target the spouse,but the children seeing that abuse ARE affected by it. Just seeing how this man is acting is bad for the kids,and seeing no adult step in is also in their minds telling them what he is doing is OK.

"Hello, Sheriffs Dept? I'd like to report an assault."

Not only is that a bad thing for the animals (stress/injury) thats NOT something kids need to see, or have to deal with. Its a very hazardous situation for human and animal alike.

Personally, I'd see to it he got escorted off the premesis, and not be allowed to return, even if that means calling the Sheriff, or Police Dept.

It's pretty hard to get anyone out of an organization once they have dug in. The definition of 'assault' is different from state to state. Not sure if you really could make a charge stick. Harrassment (threats) and creating a public disturbance?

I think if anyone sticks up for him (AND SOMEONE WILL) it would be hard to make it stick.

In every organization, there is someone who acts like a hereditary monarch, and someone who will defend him no matter what happens.

There are also agitaters, those are the people who get them out.

Get out your cell phone and figure out how to use the video function. Record him the next time he does something stupid like that! threaten to post it on youtube if he's not take care of! lol

Seriously.....when you have proof nobody can stick up for him or pretend it didn't happen. He doesn't seem like the kind of person to make it through the rest of the fair without incident.....just keep the camcorder ready!

I think the beef is getting to his head,, um hellooo he could have hurt someone or an animal.. what if he plowed that fence into someones sheep and a child saw that. Then what would he have said. I think that guy hits the flask to much, Did he wear overalls?
