Ya never know, going out quick & easy sounds like a better way to go than other ways. I really prefer not to have cancer again, just fighting it 3x took a decade out of my life, and I'm not kidding.
A friend of mine had many many close calls with death, died on the operating table then revived several times, fought cancer & heart disease, seemed well during her 30s, then an aneurysm suddenly took her out. At least she didn't suffer, she only mentioned a slight headache then lay down for a nap, then snap, here one moment, on the other side the next...still in a peaceful nap position with a calm expression on her face. Sounds like a good way to go, to me.
The only consolation is having faith that you'll be greeted lovingly on the other side, no pain & no worries then.

Live a life today you can feel good about tomorrow. (You're doing exceptional in that department)
