A good quality barred rock has yellow feet and legs. I guess a hatchery br might have some black on their legs.

Ok....so it's been a couple of months now and our little Rosie has grown a lot! She had been joined in her coop by 4 slightly smaller game hens that were given to us by a friend of my wife's. So far everyone is behaving and getting along well.

Anyway, while I originally thought she might be a barred rock, I've now decided that she might be an Australorp or part so. What's y'alls opinion?
