How everyone how'd you decided on your username? I love coffee (especially peppermint mochas from Micky D's *sigh* the one bad thing about summer, is that they don't serve them in the summer). And, of course, I love ducks. Thus: MochaDuck

[Callender Girl]

I live on an acreage outside the tiny town of Callender, IA, hence the moniker Callender Girl, reminiscent of the old song, "Calendar Girl." However, I am aged well past the "girl" stage ... and happy about it.

 

[Blooie]

Blooie has been my name since the early 1970s when we had CB radios. I have military friends who have never known me by any other name, and another group of quilting friends who still all call me Blooie. Even my license plates say Blue, regardless of what color of car I’m driving, and have for the last 20+ years. So it was a no brainer for me.

 

[Takeylla]

I got mine from my pet cockatiel, her name is takeylla and she’s my only pet, she’s sweet and loveable
