BTW one cannoli IS never enough!! We have a grocery store with very good pastry area and they sell sell mini cannoli for 99 cents(too small) but, have to buy the bigger ones. They have many flavors also like tiri mi su cannoli's but I like the original best!

Agreed! However the name is a play on Obi Wan Kenobi. I’m a massive Star Wars nerd as well as a chicken tender...if you catch my meaning.
