(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
Not new. I've had chickens and ducks and geese for about 20 years.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
I have 27.
(3) What breeds do you have?
Lots! Barred rock, brahma, polish, silky, spitzhauben, turken, leghorn, sussex, marans, Rhode Island, wyandotte, sebright, ancona, welbar, crested cream legbar, easter egger. Just added an orpington and a faverolle.
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
They're so cute and fun!
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
Goats and gardening!

I'm a housewife. I have dogs and cats, too.
