I'm just getting started with chickens, having just ordered my first chicks online last week. We recently moved out of a small town and into the country, on 17.5 acres, where we're starting our homestead. They should be arriving in a couple weeks, so I've got a lot to learn in a short time. I've already been perusing the site, and already have more ideas than I will ever have time to implement. I'm looking forward to learning more from all of you!

Western Kentucky, just west of Kentucky Lake. Rhode Island Reds. Still working on the design, going with A-frame chicken tractors.
