My wife and I along with our 2 sons 7 and 12 started our backyard flock this year. I had chickens as a kid but haven't any since. We currenlty live in the country with 8 horses, 1 dog and 31 chickens. All chickens are 3.5 months old. Black Copper and Wheaton Marans, Ameraucanas and Light Sussex. We have definitley caught the chicken bug and hope to breed and possibly allow the boys to show some.
